Burzi – Tanavea Vino Aromatizzato

One of the most enigmatic wines of the production, Tanavea Burzi is an aromatised wine made from Barolo (mostly old) under a dosed infusion of tanaceto flowers. With only a few hundred units produced, it has beautiful floral and aromatic scents typical of the flower, perfect as a conclusion to a meal. A must try!

Description

Young and enterprising, Alberto Burzi belongs to a new generation of winemakers who have taken up the legacy of their predecessors. His story began in 2010, after graduating in oenology in Alba, when he decided to take the reins of the company, renewing its image and ideas by retracing his family roots. Located in the municipality of La Morra, in the heart of the prestigious Barolo area, the small property has 7 hectares divided into various parcels, among which Capalot stands out, one of the most important Cru in the area, with vineyards ranging from 25 to 80 years old. It immediately became known for its lively and innovative style, based on a trinitarian link between the winery, the vineyard and nature, with the utmost respect for the environment and no use of harmful elements. Maniacal attention to detail with manual harvesting and selection accompanied by modern techniques during vinification to achieve maximum quality steeped in the terroir. Wines with stories to tell, with a powerful territorial imprint, multifaceted in their elegance and innate fragrance. A true joy for wine lovers.
