Rivetto – Langhe Nascetta Vigna Lirano – 2021
Nascetta is produced in the single vineyard Lirano in Serralunga, facing north with limestone soils. The wine performs vinification in 2 parts: 70% in steel tanks at low temperature for about 1 month, 30% with skins in terracotta amphora; then the wine ages in cement tanks for 2 years. It comes across as an aromatic wine; in the mouth it has complexity and nice acidity. 5000 bottles produced.

Description
The history of the Rivetto winery began back in 1902, on the hill between Serralunga d’Alba and Sinio. A history made of sacrifices, hard work and much, much passion handed down from generation to generation until Enrico the last heir. Always for the Rivetto family, wines must encapsulate at the same time the poetry of an ancient history and the actuality of a new philosophy, but above all they must respect the identity of the grape variety and its territory of origin. The latest dream fulfilled, is that of Enrico’s open-minded and forward-looking mind, which wanted to distinguish itself and obtain the Demeter biodynamic certificate. Pioneer of a new movement in which there is no longer profit as the focal point, profit at any cost, willing to any kind of exploitation, of soil, resources, labor but a deep love for one’s land.
