When an ITALYn and a Frenchman decide to collaborate in the production of a wine, a masterpiece cannot be left out. This is what happened to Enrico Baldin, who by pure chance meets a young vigneron, owner of 6 hectares Mesnil sur Oger, Grand Cru in the heart of the Cote de Blancs, where Chardonnay expresses all its finesse and personality. A great relationship of friendship and mutual esteem is born immediately which will allow us to overcome the various problems.
The blanc de blanc is its strong point, a perfect wine for every occasion, important but immediate at the same time.
