Benito Ferrara – Fiano di Avellino Sequenzha – 2020

The Fiano di Avellino Sequenzha comes from 40 years old vines, and was vinified in steel where it remains for about 5 months on its fine lees. Herbaceous aromas, as well as tropical fruits, sapid mouthfeel, great acidity but still rich with a nice persistence. A wine which cannot be disliked, simple but really tasty, suitable for all occasions, but with fish it is the perfect combination.

Description

Benito Ferrara winery is a family business, but it has pretty historical origins, in fact, since last century the family has been producing wine. The winery was established at the beginning of the 1900’s by Benito, a young entrepreneur who was among the first ones to understand the importance of vineyards in the Tufo area, now his daughter Gabriella is the one who manages the winery with its 8 hectares. They mainly produce white wines such as Greco di Tufo at 600 meters of altitude, Fiano d’Avellino and the red Aglianico. The winery is recognized worldwide for its quality wines. A real boutique!
