Barale – Metodo Classico Tradizionale Extra Brut – 2015

The Barale winery is located right in the historic center of the municipality of Barolo, has very solid roots, so much so that it was founded in 1870, and contributed in those years to the birth of Barolo wine together with the Marquise Falletti and Camillo Benso Count of Cavour.
Nowadays it is still the same family that manages the small artisan cellar, where the philosophy has remained unchanged, precisely with the aim of producing wines with a traditional style, respecting every vine and soil, so as not to alter the characteristics of the wine.
The vineyards are mainly located between the towns of Barolo and Monforte d’Alba, where Barbera, Nebbiolo, Chardonnay and Pinot Nero are grown in addition to the majestic Nebbiolo da Barolo.
In addition, the company has an eye for the territory, the vineyards, and cleanliness, so much so that it is certified organic agriculture.
This sparkling wine that we are offering you is one of the few cases produced right within the Barolo area! Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes planted in 1982, mature on their lees for more than 36 months. A surprising, creamy and fragrant bubble! Perfect for an aperitif but also for the whole meal.
