Alberto Burzi – Langhe Nebbiolo Runcaja – 2020

Among the first labels produced by Alberto, a basic Nebbiolo that does not shy away from enhancing the characteristics of this grape. The grapes come from the youngest vines where, however, the same work is done, that is, no more than 7-8 buds per plant that are harvested by hand. Maceration on the skins for 6 days with daily pumping over while the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in 500L tonneaux continuing the aging for another 6 months in the same.
