We are talking about 1958 when Don Fiorino Marengo, parish priest of Barbaresco, decided to found the Barbaresco Producers Cooperative, bringing together 19 farmers to pursue the work begun by Domizio Cavazza and make the prestige of this wine known to the whole world. Right from the start they decided to specialize in the processing of a single grape variety: Nebbiolo. It was a revolutionary and not at all easy choice, the key principle was to focus on quality and no longer on quantity, so the grapes that were given had to be of excellent choice, beautiful, healthy and well-kept bunches! A further obligation was imposed on producers, all the Nebbiolo grapes owned by them had to be given to the Cooperative. Rigid rules but which immediately brought excellent results and awards.
Today the winery has about 60 members and more than 100 hectares of Nebbiolo vineyards, but the principles have always remained the same, continuing to give us excellent wines.

Grappa di Barbaresco is produced with the pomace of Nebbiolo da Barbaresco, without storage because the distillation takes place immediately to keep the freshness and taste intact.
A structured and elegant grappa, balanced by the finesse of the flavors and aromas of the Nebbiolo grape.
