Mas dei Chini – Inkino Nature Trento – 2015

The Metodo Classico Inkino Nature is made above 400 meters above sea level on limestone soils, only Chardonnay grapes; the wine remains on its lees for more than 70 months. It comes across as a fresh, crisp wine , with good flavor thanks to the dolomitic soils. Beautiful bubble really balanced between acidity and structure, perfect from aperitif to a fancy dinner.

Mas dei Chini is a small winery born from Graziano Chini’s enthusiasm and dream to produce wines. The small winery along with the farm is located in the hills above the city of Trento and specializes in producing quality sparkling wines made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but also produces still wines such as the aromatic Gewurztraminer and the red Lagrein.
