Mario Marengo – Barolo Bricco delle Viole – 2015

Historic winery founded in 1899 in the municipality of La Morra, classic family run. Seven hectares of vineyards in the best exposures. Today Marco runs the company, he still pursues the idea of giving life to unequivocally local wines. The only change is the use of barriques, used however with great parsimony, no excess but masterful cleaning.
In Bricco delle Viole, a vineyard characterized by soils rich in white marl, Marco Marengo gives us a fabulously silky wine and enveloping the soul of this parcel.
