J.Lohr – Paso Robles Seven Oaks – 2017

Paso Robles, Central Coast, an extended hot and muggy area thanks to a mountainous barrier interrupted only by a few canyons and valleys, excellent temperature ranges from day to night and deep and fertile soils that produce soft and fruity wines. J.Lohr was one of the pioneers, one of the first to believe in the potential of this area and to produce high quality wines, since 1988 he has been producing reds of great quality and excellent structure. Today the company owns 1500 hectares of vineyards in three different areas Paso Robles, Monterey and Napa Valley, always focusing on the maniacal care in the vineyard and the choice of the perfect place to plant and cultivate the vine and obtain the maximum quality and territorial expressiveness. .

The vineyards used for the production of Seven Oaks are located in Paso Robles, thanks to the presence of different clayey, calcareous and gravelly soils, and a combination of old and young plants, the wines that the company produces are incredibly balanced and expressive. This bottle is produced with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Petit Sirah, Merlot and Petit Verdot, a fantastic testimony of J.Lohr’s quality value.
