General terms and conditions of sale for our Gift CARD

1. The vouchers can be used directly in our wine shop in Barolo (Italy) – La Vite Turchese, Via Alba, 5.
2. Vouchers are valid for a limited period of time. In the event of loss/damage there is no cash payment or refund.
3. The Gift Voucher is normally activated within 12 hours of purchase, if you need the voucher more quickly contact us by phone.
4. If you wish to cancel your order the amount paid will be transferred, credited or marked to your credit.
