Fratelli Alessandria – Verduno Pelaverga “Speziale” – 2021

Pelaverga Piccolo is a rather rare native grape variety uniquely linked to the municipality of Verduno, famous for its easy drinking, freshness but above all for the curious peppery scent that characterizes this wine. It has been protected by DOC since 1995 thanks to the intuition of local producers. The Alessandria family is closely linked to this Verduno grape variety, producing it in purity since 1973. The wine is vinified and aged in steel and cement tanks, and is particularly light in color, with great acidity and aromas of black pepper and violet. Very enjoyable and distinctive wine.
