Fratelli Alessandria – Barolo del Comune di Verduno – 2017

Their entry Barolo comes from vineyards located only in the commune of Verduno. It was produced for the first time just in this 2017 vintage in order to give an even stronger identity to the municipality of Verduno. The wine was aged for 24 months in large oak casks and 2 years in bottle. A wine that plays on fresh aromas, soft mouthfeel, clean sensual. A perfect wine for all occasions. Wonderful.

We are in Verduno, one of the most solitary communes which fascinates for its elegant and sensual wines, here since 1870 Alessandria family has been running this small winery with passion and great respect for the land.
Twelve hectares (12 acres) located in the best cru of Verduno and Monforte cultivated with great meticulousness and attention, in the winery the respect for traditions and for the cultural values of the territory are at the base of the winery’s experience which in fact we will find in their wines characterized by grace and power.
