Franco Conterno – Barolo Riserva 7 Anni – 2008 – 3L

In the great vintages the Conterno family produces a special Riserva where the wine ages in the cellar for 7 years, only the oldest plots of the vineyard Bussia, Panerole and Pugnane are used. After vinification in steel tanks, the wine ages for 6 years in large oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle. Honestly this Barolo is one of the best examples when it comes to complexity and longevity, trust me it is a resounding bottle by how perfect this wine is, earthy nuances and dusty tannins will captivate you minute after minute.
