Tenuta Prima Pietra – Prima Pietra Toscana – 2016

Tenuta Prima Pietra boasts the highest vineyard on the Tuscan coast, clay soils with mineral and ferrous components that give the wine important characteristics in terms of aroma and complexity and optimal vineyard exposures.
This is what struck Massimo Ferragamo in 2002, who in the same year decided to found his company and plant the first vineyard.
At Prima Pietra a natural approach to viticulture is adopted, thus becoming certified organic.
The yields are very low, the style is that of Bordeaux used small woods and the grapes grown are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Prima Pietra is complexity and elegance and thanks to the altitude of the vineyards it always expresses great freshness and verticality.
