Pietradolce – Etna Bianco Archineri – 2019

Pietradolce is a decidedly young winery, born in 2005 by the Faro brothers in Solicchiata on the north side of the Etna volcano. The two brothers manage 11 hectares of vineyards between 600 to 900 meters divided into three different plots, cultivating only native grapes such as Nerello Mascalese, Cappuccio and Carricante. The philosophy of the winery is to produce each vine individually to make the most of the type of soil rich in skeletons and enhance every peculiarity of the vine. The pure and territorial wines of the Pietradolce winery have become pure expression and symbol of Etna wines in the world. Refined wines, old school and of great value. Etna Bianco Archineri comes from a 120-year-old pre-phylloxera vineyard, Carricante grape grown at almost 900 meters and only aged in steel. This is a full, warm wine, with great flavor and freshness, very fragrant with aromatic notes of stone and tropical fruits. A beautiful gastronomic white.
