Ca’ del Baio – Barbaresco Vallegrande – 2021

Barbaresco comes from the cru of the same name located around the winery in the municipality of Treiso. With soils rich in gray limestone and sandy marls and a southwestern exposure, the wines retain a certain austere character wrapped in a deep finesse and elegance typical of Barbaresco. In this case, the wines were aged for 24 months in large oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Pleasant, sensual.
