The history of the Bocchino distillery begins in 1898, in Canelli, in the cellars dug into the tuff of the hills, when Carlo Bocchino decided to differentiate and focus on quality by using only one type of marc, that of Moscato, and developed a particular distillation system that allowed to enhance the aromas.
The careful choice of raw materials is still today the strength of the company which for more than a century has been committed to the selection and distillation of the best pomace from the most suitable areas. Each grappa will surprise you with its uniqueness.
From Moscato pomace, coming from the best Cru in the Canelli area, this surprising grappa is produced which carries out the last period of aging in barriques used for the aging of Sauternes. The product obtained is pleasantly soft and the perfect harmony of intense aromas gives this grappa an elegance and a rare aroma.
