Mas dei Chini – Inkino Nature Trento – 2011

Mas dei Chini is a small winery born from Graziano Chini’s enthusiasm and dream of producing wines. The small winery as well as the winery is located in the hills above the city of Trento and it is specialized in the production of quality sparkling wines made of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as still wines such as the aromatic Gewurztraminer and the red Lagrein.
Metodo Classico Inkino Nature is produced above 400 meters of altitude on limestone soil, only Chardonnay grape, the wine stays on its lees for more than 70 months. It is a crisp and fresh wine, with a good sapidity thanks to the dolomitic soils. Beautiful bubble really balanced between acidity and structure, perfect from aperitif to a tasty dinner.
