Merenda con Corvi – Barbera Foravia – 2018

Located on the steep hill of Monteoliveto in the Pinerolese area, since 1999 the small Merenda con Corvi company has been producing prestigious wines using Piedmontese and international vines.
They were the first to believe in this area, suitable for viticulture as early as the 18th century, few indeed very few bottles produced with great attention to the territory and quality, maximum commitment and an almost obsessive care for every single detail. 1500 bottles produced for this Barbera , the grape variety most loved by the company that decides to vinify it in purity, only a passage in steel to obtain a clean and persuasive wine, excellent acidity and good structure.
