Madonna delle Grazie – Bauccio – 2013
The Madonna delle Grazie Winery was born in 2003, 8 and a half hectares of Aglianico del Vulture in the countryside of Venosa, but these young people have viticulture in their blood, handed down for several generations.
The company has 4 different vineyards both from the soil and climate point of view and from the age of the plants, the soils are mainly volcanic tufaceous so this gives the wines the classic note of minerality. The main objective of the cellar is to produce wines of great elegance and representative of the land from which they come, obviously without forgetting that the most important thing is the drinkability of their bottles. Drogone is the most important wine of the company, it is produced with grapes from the oldest vineyard in the Liscone district, plants of about 65 years, long macerations and long refinements to obtain a fabulously complex but always very elegant wine, excellent ability to evolve and aging.
