Fratelli Alessandria – Barolo DOCG – 2016

We are in Verduno, one of the most solitary municipalities that fascinates for its elegant and sensual wines, here since 1870 the Alessandria family has been running this small cellar with passion and great respect for the land.
Twelve hectares located in the best cru of Verduno and Monforte cultivated with great meticulousness and attention, respect for the traditions and cultural values of the territory in the cellar are the basis of the company’s experience which we will find in their wines characterized by grace and power.
Their entry Barolo is the true traditional wine, an assembly of 6 different crus where the yields per hectare are very low, the yeasts used are indigenous to have spontaneous fermentation, then the wine ages for 36 months in oak barrels to obtain an elegant but surprisingly warm and enveloping wine.
