Cims de Porrera – Vi de Vila Priorat – 2015

Cims de Porrera is a young and innovative project in Priorat, based on the regeneration of an old village cooperative to produce modern and quality wines.
The philosophy of the winery is to seek quality and innovation, however using native vines.
The vineyards are located on very steep and not very fertile slopes, difficult to cultivate despite this they manage to obtain wines of excellent quality, robust and intense.
Vi de Vila is a classification recognized in the Priorat to distinguish wines that come from a single area in this case Porrera.
The wine produced by Cims de Porrera is obtained with the assembly of Carinena and Garnacha Tinta, after stripping the bunches, fermentation in small tanks, 12 months of large wood and 4 years of bottle we will find an intense wine, concentrated but with a finish very stylish.
