The winery&#8217;s history dates back to 1920, when Giuseppe Vacca bought the entire property from his friend Cavazza, but only in 1997 did the winery officially begin bottling and selling its first wines, given the historic collaboration with the famous cooperative &#8221; Produttori del Barbaresco &#8220;.  Today the winery owns 7 hectares of vineyards, most of which are in the Ovello cru and small parts in the famous Gallina and Albesani cru.<br \/>\nFew bottles produced, quality not quantity this has always been the winery&#8217;s philosophy, maximum respect for the rhythms of the land to obtain wines that fully reflect the terroir. Study and meticulous work are part of the daily routine to obtain wines of great impact that offer a modern yet traditional interpretation of an area that has always been home to great wines. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gallina is the best known cru in the village of Neive, thanks to the excellent quality of the soils and exposures, the wines obtained are of surprising finesse.
