\nThe mineral-rich soil and cool nights give Nerello Mascalese grapes a unique edge\u2014bright acidity, earthy depth, and a silky texture that only improves with age. Pietradolce, founded in 2005 by the Faro brothers, focuses solely on Etna\u2019s native varieties.
\nTheir Etna Rosso comes from 80-year-old vines planted at 800 meters, where the volcanic terroir shines.
\nAfter fermenting in steel, it ages briefly in oak (just 3 months) to soften without overpowering, then rests in bottle to harmonize.
