Thanks to the marriage between Gabriella Burlotto, owner of the Castle, and Franco Bianco important producer of Barbaresco, today the winery can boast the two most prized jewels of Langa: Barolo and Barbaresco.<br \/>\nWork in the vineyards has always been carried out with the utmost respect for nature and trying to bring out the best of the different characteristics of the grapes according to where they come from.<br \/>\nIn the winery, tradition rules, fermentations for the most important wines still take place in wooden vats and aging is long in large oak barrels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Monvigliero vineyard has always been considered the best plot in the commune of Verduno, thanks to its cooler position and soils rich in sandy marl, giving the Nebbiolo wines incomparable elegance and distinct freshness. With the plants about 60 years old, the winery produces a few thousand bottles, where the wine ages for 30 months in large oak barrels and more than a year in the bottle.
