The winery manages just under 10 hectares with a total production of 50000 bottles divided between Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Barolo. In particular, the winery pays attention to the production of a few limited bottles of Barolo, subdivided in different vineyards all located in Serralunga, but respecting, indeed enhancing the peculiarity that each exposure and soil can give. In a nutshell, this is one of the smallest and most genuine realities, still trying to preserve the real Langa traditions and winemaking methods, trying to produce real, representative wines without being scared of old scool style or too hard tannins. Located in the upper part of the municipality of Serralunga, with a southeastern exposure, it enjoys ti a more complex soil type of tuffaceous limestone, giving the Nebbiolo severe and stiff tannins. The winery produces a very limited quantity of about 2,000 bottles. Here the wine is vinified entirely from fermentation to aging in oak barrels for 3 years. One of Serralunga&#8217;s most representative Barolos for complexity, hardness and roughness.
