Finally, since 2012 he has been able to fulfill his greatest dream&#8230;for the first time he produces his own wine, starting with a limited production of a very good and qualitative Barbera in the Santa Lucia vineyard in La Morra. The boy until today has made his way, in 2014 he began to produce the first bottles of Barolo in the vineyard Fossati, but today we see on the market, also a classic Barolo, a Dolcetto and a new Barbera&#8230; &#8220;Roscaleto&#8221;! one of the best Barbera ever. Thanks to this meticulous work, to his determination and passion, this wine has become an emblem and has brought Cesare great recognition on the market. The wine was aged in used barriques for 12 months. A perfect wine for its simplicity and freshness accompanied by a light softness and frank, clean, delicate aromas of fruit.
