Finally, since 2012 he has been able to fulfill his greatest dream&#8230;for the first time he produces his own wine, starting with a limited production of a very good and qualitative Barbera in the Santa Lucia vineyard in La Morra. The boy until today has made his way, in 2014 he began to produce the first bottles of Barolo in the vineyard Fossati, but today we see on the market, also a classic Barolo, a Dolcetto and a new Barbera&#8230; &#8220;Roscaleto&#8221;! one of the best Barbera ever. A few thousand bottles produced per type of wine&#8230;but what can I say&#8230;Cesare&#8217;s wines are a great guarantee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dolcetto &#8220;San Bartolomeo&#8221; comes from the vineyard having the same name located northwest of the town of La Morra. Despite it is a simpler wine, with a lighter and easier drinking, even here Cesare did not deny himself by paying the same care in the vineyard, with very low yields of 900 grams of grapes per plant, releasing on the market a very limited quantity of bottles. The wine was aged in steel tanks in order to exalt the primary aromas of fresh fruit. A light, fleshy wine with mentholated aromas of plum, cherry.
