The style is traditional, but with a modern and avant-garde touch: they use medium-large French oak barrels for ageing, and organic farming in the vineyard. The winery owns and produces some of the best crus in the Barolo area, such as the Grand Cru Villero in Castiglione Falletto, famous for producing silky Barolos of unparalleled elegance, the Rocche in Castiglione Falletto, famous for producing wines that are both elegant and full of character, the Brea Ca&#8217; Mia, the only vineyard in Serralunga d&#8217;Alba with limestone soils, and the Garblet sue in Castiglione Falletto. The peculiarity of Brovia&#8217;s wines is the constant elegance and refinement&#8230; their wines are never too hard and tannic, but silky and pleasant to drink even when young.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The only Barolo produced in the commune of Serralunga d&#8217;Alba, cradle of the most vigorous Barolos, has turned out to be a real outsider in terms of quality reputation. We are located in the Cru of Brea, in a vineyard at 350 m called Ca&#8217;mia, where the vines are about 60 years old, placed in a south-eastern direction on rocky\/limestone soils that give life to astringent wines. Careful selection of the best grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks for 15\/20 days, the malolactic fermentation and refinement is carried out in tonneaux for 24 months, followed by another 24 months in the bottle.
