This area has become more and more famous for its excellent foods and wines, but above all for its red berried vine Ruch\u00e8, where in the 1980s it was also awarded with the DOCG appellation.<br \/>\nThe winery was officially established in 1986, however it has been making wine and selling grapes since the end of the 1800&#8217;s, today the winery owns a total of 8 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with the highest respect for the land, completely eliminating chemical products. Despite it is a very small winery, Crivelli winery, thanks to the goodness of its wines such as Ruch\u00e8 and Grignolino, has been able to make itself known all over the world. Technically perfect wines, where they perfectly exalt the organoleptic characteristics of each autochthonous vine of Monferrato. Pleasing wines, fresh, but never banal. In short, their wines will make you go out of your mind. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ruch\u00e8 is the main wine of Crivelli&#8217;s house. Considered as the Prince of Monferrato because of its uniqueness, its origins are not well defined but they are however linked to this territory so much to receive the DOCG to protect its quality. Rediscovered only in the last 30 years, as it is not easy to cultivate in the vineyard because of the bunches which tend to be very sweetish if harvested late, thus going against diseases or probable feeding of insects. In this case the winery does vinification and aging in steel tanks. This wine has almost sweetish aromas of ripe fruit, however in the mouth it is dry, with little acidity and a slight roundness, which despite its good drinking power can improve and give satisfactory results over time.
