He was born in Canelli, in the land of sparkling wines, and he has always been fascinated by the wine world, but his working path was quite different&#8230;only about twenty years ago he totally changed his life trying to do what he liked the most: making wine!!! With great research he selected the best exposures and vineyards between Roero, Langa and Monferrato to produce great wines, in small quantities with all respect for nature and for the aging times. Today Gabriele manages about 12 hectares and the winery is located in Canelli. Fun wines and labels, out of the usual schemes but made with great technique!!!! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alta Langa MC comes from vineyards located in Rocchetta Palafea and Castino. Mostly Chardonnay blend with a little bit of Pinot Noir, the wine undergoes a second refermentation on lees for 36 months before disgorging. A very pleasant bubble, playing on the aromas and an immediate drinkability.
