It was founded by brothers Guillaume, Rodolphe and Richard belonging to the Taittinger family (among the most famous in the region) in 2005 in Avize in the Cote de Blanc, deciding to develop a new small project separate from the main activity but with the intention of always producing bubbles of winning quality according to their history. A few hectares of vineyards all in the commune of Avize where they grow Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 25 plots classified Premier and Grand Cru of fine quality due to the complex soils of the area where grapes and wines are absolutely unique and famous. An authentic translation also here in the ways and techniques on how to intervene from the vineyard to the cellar in the least invasive way possible, respect for the territory with eco-sustainable methods and careful selection of the bunches while in the vinifications they prefer steel tanks and above all long aging on the lees of 5-7 years with periodic controls and remuage by tradition.
