Since 1997 the winery has officially been in the hands of his son Romano Dogliotti, who has decided to specialize in the production of quality wines that respect tradition and territory.      <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> Moscato Passito has been produced in the Langhe for more than three hundred years, but Dogliotti&#8217;s is not a simple Moscato Passito. It was born from years of experimentation that led to the realization that once the grapes have been dried in the vineyard, they are harvested and after fermentation the wine must age for at least 18 months in barriques to preserve fragrance and aromas. Then the cleaned and filtered wine is put into barriques for aging, which lasts approximately 18 months.
