Traditions combined with new ideas to make quality wines in a territory like the high Piedmont with soils of volcanic origin and cool-dry climates due to the presence of Monte Rosa, Nebbiolo has been able to adapt giving aromatic, complex and very mineral wines. There are 24 hectares divided in four vineyards owned by the winery: Molsino, Valferana, Garavoglie and Casacce managed with the utmost respect for the territory and low yields in the vineyards, whereas in the winery traditional methods are adopted together with innovative systems. A vintage classic method produced only with Nebbiolo grapes which are harvested one month before in order to have a high acidity gradient, are fermented in steel tanks and then aged on yeasts for 36 months.
