This area is particularly suited for the production of Nebbiolo for Barbaresco, just because it enjoys an unusual microclimate, that is soils rich in layers of blue limestone besides sand, giving wines an important and atypical structure and longevity. The approach in the vineyard is minimalist by intervening only with the use of copper and sulfur, indeed since 2015 the winery has focused on an organic approach. In the cellar, however, the style is purely traditional, with long aging in large barrels, respecting the natural time of each wine. Classic, authentic, territorial wines, where you can feel the true history and Langa. Wines that personally drive me crazy, for their longevity, austerity, class and sensuality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2016 Riserva Vecchie Vigne has just been released on the market, it is no coincidence that this vintage was chosen for the winery&#8217;s most beautiful bottle.
