Today the company owns 18 hectares, 5 of the best Barbaresco crus: Cott\u00e0, Pajor\u00e8, Fausoni, Curr\u00e0 and Basarin conquered with hard sacrifices, work and above all a lot of passion. The philosophy of the company has always been to respect the earth as much as possible, so in the vineyard no chemicals or herbicides are used to avoid altering the natural balance of the hills and in the cellar the approach is the same, Rino together with his children , who have joined the team, produces wines that reflect the terroir and best enhance the characteristics of the grape. Basarin, a cru in the municipality of Neive that gives us wines that stand out for their linearity and their balance. The Sottimano company from plants with an average age of 40 years with very low yields, produces a very representative Barbaresco, great complexity and remarkable structure without lacking an incredible elegance.
