The vines are all located in the Roccalini cru (where the company then takes its name), one of the most renowned and qualitative Nebbiolo vineyards from Barbaresco, with perfect southwest exposure and clayey soils. In fact, this vineyard was noted precisely for its quality of grapes by the legendary Bruno Giacosa, so much so that it rented the parcel from Paolo Veglio&#8217;s father until 2004.<br \/>\nPaolo&#8217;s style is simple, low yields, zero use of chemicals, long submerged cap fermentation in concrete tanks and aging in large barrels.<br \/>\nHis wines are majestic, clean, structured but refined, which have now become a symbol for Langa wines.<br \/>\nIts Langhe Nebbiolo is produced from the youngest plants of the Roccalini cru in less than 7000 bottles.
