The Cantina del Pino is one of the oldest estates in the Barbaresco area, the pine from which the company takes its name, was planted by the great agronomist and undisputed father of the Barbaresco Domizio Cavazza, he sells the company to the Vacca family winemakers from several generations. 1997 the company officially begins to bottle and sell the first wines, today the company owns 7 hectares, most of which in the Ovello cru.
\nFew bottles produced, quality not quantity has always been the company’s philosophy, maximum respect for the rhythms of the earth to obtain wines that fully reflect the terroir. Study and meticulous work are part of everyday life to obtain wines of great impact that offer a modern yet traditional interpretation of a territory that has always been home to great wines.
\nAlbesani, a cru in the municipality of Neive, where the perfect combination of soils, altitudes and exposures give life to one of the largest vineyards in the Langhe. In this fantastic vineyard the Cantina del Pino produces about 8000 bottles a pleasantly fresh, harmonious wine with enveloping tannins and a long and complex finish.<\/p>\n
