We are talking about a very small sub-area of just 7 hectares, located on steep hills rich in clay and limestone, the birthplace of Chenin Blanc. On these soils, biodynamics has been applied since the early eighties and thanks to the excellent results Nicolas Joly has become a real point of reference for all the people who have decided to follow this type of viticulture.<br \/>\nThe vineyards are cultivated partly by hand and partly on horseback, during the harvest we pass several times to collect only the ripe grapes and possibly attacked by botrytis.
