The work in the vineyards and in the cellar follows a typically natural idea to produce wines that best express the characteristics of the grapes.<\/p>\n<p>In 2008 a small seafront vineyard of Verdejo was planted, a Spanish grape that produces aromatic and herbaceous wines with a good aging potential.
