Both want to cut the past, start again from scratch by focusing on quality, clean wines, ready with the moderate use of small woods. In the vineyard the work is as natural as possible, the yields per hectare are very low and in the cellar we find a perfect balance between tradition and innovation in fact the final result is a product of the highest level. Mauro Veglio had understood from the beginning the potential of the Castelletto cru in fact he was the first, in 1996, to use its name on the label, long before its official recognition.
