The boy's talent was immediately evident, maximum care and cleanliness in the vineyards and in the wine so as to expand his market all over the world, this was made possible thanks to the winemaker Eric Germain, who has always been a consultant for the Maison. The range of wines has expanded over time, buying the grapes in the best Premier and Grand Cru plots of the Cote de Beaune, but always maintaining a very high quality philosophy. From the years 2012 things change, and the Maison was sold to the Compagnia des Vins d\u2019Autrefois, where however the work was always entrusted to the winemaker Erik Germain and Vincent's stamp and style of work was respected. All its wines stand out for their minerality and elegance. Their Volnay is made with 65 year old plants in more clayey soils. Also in this case, the Volnay appellation is one of the most famous for Pinot Noir, especially for giving more feminine and fresh wines. This wine has great structure, but also a great part of the aromatic part, finesse and acidity. Beautiful to drink even when young.   Producer: Vincent Girardin  Name: Volnay Vieilles Vignes  Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noire  Vintage: 2017  Alcohol Content: 13%  Bottle Size: 750ml  Production:  Productive Notes: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels (15% new), where the wine continues its refinement for 14 months."}
