With vines between 70 and 50 years old, and low yields of 45 quintals per hectare, the wine after having undergone an alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, was aged for 20 months in large oak casks and almost one year in bottle. The wine is released on the market only when it is ready. Very elegant Barbaresco, but with structure and depth, scents of violet, licorice and coffee. About 6000 bottles.
