From plants with an average age of over 50 years with very low yields, the Sottimano company produces a super representative Barbaresco with a great aging potential. The 2013 vintage brought us back to the past, when Nebbiolo was harvested in late October, but this delay made it possible to achieve an excellent concentration of aromas, coloring matter and sugars.
