The winery is located on the northern side of Etna and consists of three plots between 650 and 800 meters high, the vineyards are grown organically and its wines taste of Sicily, impactful and with a strong personality. From the selection of the oldest vines in the San Lorenzo district, Etna Rosato is born, a pure Nerello Mascalese, discharged in color almost like a white wine but with the olfactory and gustatory power of a red. Minerality, freshness but also the explosive power of the volcano. A wine that can be drunk, it is unthinkable to even leave a sip in the bottle!
