Scarpa – Vermouth di Torino Rosso

Vermouth was born in 1786 when Antonio Benedetto Carpano, in his store in Turin, combined wine with an infusion of herbs and roots, Today, just like back then, vermouth has remained faithful to itself and the first important thing that is established is the strong bond with the territory. This is first of all reflected in the choice of wine which, with a weight of 75%, is the main raw material, in fact Vermouth di Torino can be made exclusively with Italian wines, both white and red. At the beginning of the twentieth century, in what was then called Stabilimenti Enologici Scarpa (Scarpa Wine Works), the production of this beverage began and Scarpa has kept the original secret recipe until today. Perfumed, fresh and dynamic, it embodies the true Piedmontese tradition, in a bottle that, as soon as it is opened, risks to be finished immediately!
