Description

The history of the Rivetto winery began back in 1902, on the hill between Serralunga d’Alba and Sinio. A story made of sacrifices, hard work and a lot, a lot of passion handed down from generation to generation up to Enrico, the last heir. The Rivetto family has always believed that wines must embody both the poetry of an ancient history and the modernity of a new philosophy, but above all they must respect the identity of the grape variety and its territory of origin. The last dream that came true, is the one of Enrico’s open and far-sighted mind, who wanted to distinguish himself and obtain the Demeter biodynamic certificate. Pioneer of a new movement in which there is no longer profit as the focal point, profit at any cost, willing to any kind of exploitation of soil, resources, labor, but a deep love for their land.
