Franco Conterno – Barbera d’Alba Superiore Bricco Torta – 2018

Barbera Bricco Torta comes from a 45-year-old vineyard in the Madonna di Como area of Alba. The wine aged for 18 months in tonneaux before being bottled. Full and mouthwatering Barbera, with notes of overripe fruit and black pepper, soft and enveloping mouthfeel with a gritty finish thanks to the distinct acidity this grape variety gives.
